The boxes live in our control rooms, where an engineer reaches for the IBP the moment a mic'd cab goes out of phase with a band tracking. That is the exact moment your website cannot reach, and it happens here every day.
The boxes are featured on the racks, and we print a Little Labs look book for the building. When an engineer asks what just fixed their phase problem, staff hand them the book and send them to you.
An engineer describes what is going wrong and the app names the box that fixes it, then serves setup help at the point of use, a serial registry, and a direct line to you. The full vision is on the app board. We shipped the same kind of app for Darryl Jones's bass owners, so yours is a build, not a promise.
You run a one-man shop out of your house with no place to send people. A Google Maps pin at the club becomes the address where anyone can come play an IBP before they buy it, hosted, on real sessions, half an hour from you.
The list is not fixed. Platinum means the club's design and engineering team works for Little Labs. Sites and apps are designed and built at no cost, then maintained at $70 an hour, half our public rate. You build one box at a time until it is right; we hold the build to the same standard.
