Your boxes go in the racks our engineers reach for every day. An engineer meets the IBP the first time a kick mic and a DI fight each other, hears the low end come back, and asks what that is. Every session is the demo you cannot ship in a photograph.
The units get featured in the rooms, and we print a Little Labs look book to live in the building. When a player finishes a session and asks about the box that fixed their re-amp, staff hand them the book and send them to you.
Owners register a unit by serial, the manual and tear sheet stay with it, artist rigs show how the box is actually patched, and one screen sets the front panel for the job. The full screen-by-screen vision is live in the app board. We shipped the same app for Darryl Jones’s bass owners, so yours is a build, not a promise.
